Wild River Otter Eating A Fish On Frozen Pond

Wild river otter enjoying a sunny day on the ice while chomping down on a fish.

While out looking to see if the Osprey has returned to the area. I spotted an otter out on the ice eating what appeared to be a pickerel. Without my tripod, taking this video very challenging. I apologize upfront for the lack of professional steadiness.
What I wasn’t able to show on this video is the fact an Eagle was flying around and contemplating on landing and stealing the fish. In the video, you will see the wild river otter stop eating and look around. He spots the Eagle and dives under the ice only to reappear further away and continue eating the fish.
